She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Castillo and Paula Castillo; her husband Margarito Urias Paz; her siblings, Angel Castillo, Daniel Castillo, Jose Leon Castillo, Abel Castillo and Trine Castillo Ramirez; and her grandsons, Albert Carrasco Jr. and Nikolas Moralez.

She is survived by: her siblings, Tomasa Castillo Gomez, Alfredo Castillo, Salvador Castillo, Rogelio Castillo and Rafael Castillo; her children, Saul Paz Sr., Mary Paz, Alma DeWitt and Norma Ansell; her grandchildren, Luis Zubiate Jr., Saul Paz Jr., Stephanie Aguirre, Zackariah Carrasco, Paul Paz, Sloane Ansell-Fischl and Ney Paz; and her great grandchildren, Adalyn Zubiate, Noah Aguirre, Nixon Aguirre, Evolette Paz, Harlow Aguirre, Luis Carlos Zubiate III and Saul Paz III.
