It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esperanza B. Franco of Odessa, Texas, born in Fort Stockton, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Florentino "Tino" Chavarria Franco; her son David Franco; her parents, Pablo Blanco, Sr. and Virginia Lugo Blanco; her grandson Zachary Franco; her great grandchild Andrew Davis; and her siblings, Ines Blanco Maldonado, Santos Blanco, Tomas Blanco, Concepcion "Concha" Blanco Garcia, Leonor Blanco, Luisa Blanco Cobos, Pablo Blanco Jr., Alberto "Beto" Blanco and Anita Blanco Subia of Fort Stockton, TX.
She is survived by : her children, Noe Franco, Toby Franco (Frances), Rafael Franco (Rosie) of Odessa, TX and Ines Franco of Ayer, MA.; and her sister Gloria Blanco Garrison (Donald) of Fort Stockton, TX.. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
