He is survived by: his children, Laura, Toby, Rufus, Hazel, Josephine, Margie, Joe Jr., Emma Violetta, Hattie Mae, Isaac and Clara Lucille; his wife Lorraine Miller; his children, Sharell Ann Banks, Shelena Jones, Donna Rena Thomas, Demetria Lynn Miller, Meredia Janean Lyons, Jimmy L. Miller Jr., Pauletta Joyce Miller and Jamie Aza Miller; and his sister Clara Mode. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
