As Julian Mendoza departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Julian Mendoza may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Julian Mendoza leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo Llanez "Chicho" Garcia and Josephine "Josie" Villa Mendoza. He is survived by: his siblings, Juan Manuel "Johnny" Garcia, Gloria Garcia, Liborio "Libo" Jerome Llanez and Irene B. Llanez; his children, Jordan Powell, Peyton Phillips, Alina Garcia and Julian Garcia; and his grandchildren, A'miah and Jerico.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Acres West Funeral Chapel (8115 W University Blvd, Odessa, TX 79764).
