She is survived by : her son Kaiden Leo Slate; her boyfriend Joey Steinhauer; her brother Buddy McIntosh; her stepfather Ricky Dean Savage; her stepsister Jessica Kravens (Lance); her uncles, Ricky Herring (Cassie) and Tim Herring (Melody); her aunt Melissa Hodges; her extended family, Jeannetta Janca, James Steinheauer, Christopher Steinhauer and Christine Smith; and the father of her child Christopher Leo Slate. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
