With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Lynn Taliaferro of Odessa, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Marquis Eldred Taliaferro Jr.; his grandparents, Marquis Eldred Taliaferro Sr. and Dorothy Nell Taliaferro; and his uncle John Kenneth Taliaferro. He is survived by: his mother Hattie Taliaferro; his children, Justin, Nichole and Jace Taliaferro; his brothers, Marquis III and Michael Taliaferro; his sisters-in-law, Monica and Dana Taliaferro; and his siblings' children, Marquis IV, Mason, Courtney and Chase Taliaferro. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
