It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Caroline Hulsey of Odessa, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dewey W. Hulsey; her daughter Deborah L. Hulsey; and her parents, Eva Francis Hoover and Soba J. Eaton. She was also cherished by her family and friends, and 3rd she loved the children.
