He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sandell and Mary Sandell; his wife Alice Sandell; his sister Loretta Wood; and his grandson Jeremy Hampton.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Hampton (David) of Amarillo, Terry Kirk of Midland and Larry Agnew (Gene) of Bangs; his grandchildren, Autumn Hampton, Justin Hampton (Brandi), Prisicilla McKaskle (Jay), Steven Kirk (Michelle), Alicia Monk (Ben), Daniel Agnew and Samantha Addy (Levi); his great grandchildren, Ty, Toby, Tara McKaskle, Eleanor Hampton, Alex, Luke, Zachary Kirk, Lillian and Eleanor Monk; his cousin Ricky Sandell (Cathy); and his sister-in-law Wanda Ralston. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (6801 W Hwy 80 E, Odessa, TX 79762). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762).
