He was predeceased by : his parents, Earlie Rinker and Lloyd Rinker; and his former life partner Deby Rinker. He is survived by : his wife Debra Gayle Dupuy (Deby); his children, Nicholas Rinker (Suzanne) of Phoenix, AZ and Katie Ann (Jake Boren) of Odessa, TX; his grandchildren, Caroline Cox and Ty Rinker; his brother-in-law Richard Allison (Dick); and his nephew Wade Allison of Odessa, TX.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Rick's memory to the West Texas Food Bank.
