He is survived by : his wife Jessica Perez of O'Donnell, TX.; his children, Storm Perez, Frank Perez, Jr., Noah Perez, Leah Perez of O'Donnell, TX., Angel Perez of O'Donnell, TX., Marrisa Perez of O'Donnell, TX. and Jazlyn Perez of O'Donnell, TX.; his mother Rosa Perez of O'Donnell, TX.; and his brothers, Felix Perez of O'Donnell, TX. and Chris Nava of O'Donnell, TX.. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
