We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2023, at the age of 99, Ruth Hudgens Holly of Olton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Roy Burleson and Lottie Burleson (Goodman); her former life partner W. H. Hudgens (Dick); her spouse R. D. Holly; her son Dickie Hudgens (Linda) of Lubbock; and her stepdaughter Donna Pernell of Floydada. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
