He was predeceased by : his parents, David Gene Garrison and Barbara Lou Garrison (Hasten). He is survived by : his wife Bonita Garrison of Onalaska, Texas; his children, Rickie Garrison Jr. of Pennsylvania, Sammi D'Ann Williams (Matthew) of Livingston, Texas and Kenny Dale Childers of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Braxton Garrison, Abigail Williams and Annabel Williams; his nieces and nephews, Bambi Holcomb (Ed), Jason Newby (Janie), Savanna McDougal, Austen Price, Raven Martin, Gavin Newby, Jaycee Newby, Braelyn Newby and Jansen Newby; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
