He is survived by: his children, James Wendell Wedgeworth Jr. of Orange, TX and Kelly Wedgeworth of Orange, TX; his sister Mary Vidrine of Rusk, TX; and his grandchildren, James Wedgeworth III, Brandon Wedgeworth, Khriston Wedgeworth, Jamie Wedgeworth, Alexis Malbrue and Christopher Wedgeworth. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Restlawn Memorial Park (2725 N Main St, Vidor, TX 77662).
