She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles William Peet and Verde Lucille Brister Peet of Orange; her brother Charles David "Bubba" Peet, Sr.; her sister-in-law Linda Peet of Orange; her brother Thomas Edmund "Tommy" Peet; her sister-in-law Mary Peet of Felda, FL; and her former life partner Wendell Jay Fruge.

She is survived by : her nephew Charles David "Chuck" Peet, Jr. of Orange; her son Jeffrey; her daughter-in-law Sherri Fruge' of Orange; and her daughters, Kara (Doyle Gaines), Sheryl Fruge' of Orange, Robbie Bourque of Orange and Janis (Mike Soileau) of Orange. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
