He was predeceased by: his parents, Osvald Guillot and Eda Mae Bourke Guillot; his wife Ruby Guillot; his siblings, Osvald Guillot, Jr., Norman Gene Guillot, Leola Mae Guillot and Gertrude Elizabeth Bellair; his siblings' children, Gene Guillot, Bill Bellair and Elizabeth Bellair; and his great grandchild Leighton Elizabeth Guillot.
He is survived by: his children, Norbert Joseph Guillot, Jr. (Linda), Judy Williams, Pam Willis (Kenneth) and Michelle Thibodeaux (Jarett); his grandchildren, April Bruce (Steven), Jeremiah Guillot (Angela), Ashley Williams, Crissy Fuqua (Blake), Chelsea Wimmer (Josh), Kinsey Stewart (Tanner) and Kennidee Willis; his siblings, JoAnn Posey, Mary Young and Jimmy Guillot; and his sister-in-law Loulan Guillot. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Claybar Funeral Home (504 5th St, Orange, TX 77630, USA). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
