With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Stovall Lowe of Orange, Texas, born in Flat, Texas, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Stovall and Edna Stovall; her husband Charles Lowe; her siblings, Virginia McDonald, Roma Stovall, Laverne Stovall, Elmo Stovall and Raymond Stovall; and her siblings' children, Eddie McDonald and Linda Barbay.
She is survived by: her son Robert Michael Lowe; her grandchildren, Michael Lowe and Melissa Chesson; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Lowe and Cooper Lowe.
