He is survived by: his wife Donna "Cookie" Evans; his children, Michael Evans (Regina LeBlanc), Michelle Evans (Kevin Meyers), Kim Evans (Polo Guerrero) and Kaylie Wiley (Carl Wiley); his grandchildren, Hunter Evans (Madelyn Evans), Colton Meyers, Emily Meyers, Kadeon Evans, Lane Evans, Gunner Evans, Americus Guerrero-Evans, Jose Guerrero-Evans, Liberty Guerrero-Evans and Parker Wiley; his great grandchildren, Blake Evans, Greyson Evans and Rhyder Evans; and his siblings, James Evans, Ronnie Evans, Diana Pollard and Jenny Ann.
