He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Bland, Sr. and Ruth Marie Steele Stenerson. He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Bland; his children, Louis Dale Bland, Steven Bland (Lisa), Daniel Bland and Lora Vater (Ron); his grandchildren, Amber, Caleb Johnson, Hanna, Adam Meaux, Payton, Catherine Bland, Mary Bland, Emily Bland, Aaron Bland, Talon Bland, Cameron Guyote, Gavin Guyote and Katie Guyote; his great grandchildren, Gianna Ella Rose Meaux, Dominic Etenburn and Corvin Johnson; and his siblings, Dixie Mobley (Carl) of Columbus Ohio and Leonard Bland (Connie) of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
