He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McNeil and Violet McNeil; and his brother Robert McNeil, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hebert; his children, Carol Allen (Rick) of Orangefield, Veronica Johnson (Troy) of Orange, James McNeil (Kathy) of Orangefield and Roger McNeil (Kim) of Orangefield; his grandchildren, Allen McNeil (Amanda Comeaux), Mark Allen (Lianne), Aaron McNeil (Natalie), Valen Wilcoxon (Griffin), Amber McNeil, Luke Johnson (Haley), Ryan McNeil (Samantha), Kolbe McNeil and Rachel McNeil (Michael Colley); his great grandchildren, Laney, Lauren McNeil, Wayne McNeil, Myles, Easton Colley, Vaughn Wilcoxon, Jameson Allen and Wyatt McDonald; and his brothers, Ricky McNeil (Carol) of Waco, JC Hebert (Sharon) of LaPorte and Alvin Hebert of Lacey, Washington..
