She was predeceased by : her parents, Kathelene Vickery and Jack Mayfield; her brothers, Ronald and John Mayfield; her brothers-in-law, Leonard Veazey and Charles Hickman; and her daughter Juanita "Scooter" Ragan.
She is survived by : her children, Kaylie, Mya Stone, Ashley Kirkbride and Randal Howard; her grandson Sawyer Jack Stone; her niece Jessica; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Kaylee Veazey, Amber, Jayden Birdwell, Heather and Jeff Maxie; her children, Tyler Jack, Kaylee, Megan, Sophia and Cash; her nieces and nephews, James and Christie Mayfield; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlyn and Gavin; her children, Majara, Bentleigh, Niah, Jayden, Zaidon, Aliyah, Jayce, Khaison and Presleigh; her sisters, Margaret Strout (Moe Strout), Annie Veazey and Thresa Mayfield; her aunt Doris Pieratt; her daughters, Donna Pieratt Sustaire, Kelli Pieratt Smith and Karen Tutt; her close friend Kathy Phillips; and also, Jody Birdwell, Destiny Reynolds, William, Misti and Maryann Reynolds.
