He was predeceased by : his mother Anne Rogers; his stepfather Gene Rogers; and his grandparents, Roy, Kate Lee, Olan "Red" and Myrtie Weaver.
He is survived by : his father Buddy Weaver; his siblings, Theresa Kennemer (Steve), Dena Sounder, Louann Stanley (Micky), Michelle Weaver and Kevin Weaver; his children, TJ Weaver, Katie Weaver, Dylan Weaver, Wesley Weaver and Riley Weaver; and his granddaughter JLynn Harris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
