It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelley Bailey (Paducah, Texas), who passed away on October 29, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Minnie Kirk Dobbs Bailey; his parents, W. Q. Bailey and Claudia Walker Bailey; his siblings, Lenora Bailey Royall Truelock and Chester Bailey; his nephew David Royall; and his sister-in-law Annie Kirk Garrett.

He is survived by : his brother-in-law Cecil Truelock; his niece Lea Galyean; and his niece-in-law Mona Royall.
