She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Dewitt Garner and Jessie Trueheart Wilson Garner; her former husband Wylie Woodard; her husband Charles Butler Oliver (CB); her stepson Rodney Oliver; and her siblings, Lois Garner Cowan, Virginia Ellen Garner Binger, Wanda Carolyn Garner James, Roy Dewitt Garner, Cletus Cordell Garner and Clinton Ray Garner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Brown (Bill Brown), Debra Handorf (Dale Handorf), Brenda Watson (Brad Watson) and Beverly Richmond (Tommy Richmond); her siblings, Nolan Arnold Garner and Audrey Guinell Garner Comstock; her grandsons, Travis Richmond and Scott Handorf; her great grandchildren, Karter Moore, Ryan Gray, Dustin Handorf and Justin Handorf; and her grandsons-in-law, Matt Gray, Jason Moore, Tyler Downing and Trent Godsey. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bailey & Foster Funeral Home (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bailey & Foster Chapel (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roselawn Park (2591 US-84, Palestine, TX 75801).
