She is survived by : her husband James B. Strube; her children, Shirley Annette Kimberley (Mark), Jack Anderson (Jessica) and William David Anderson; and her sister Susan Stacks. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Community Church (5625 TX-256 Loop, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
