It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Eugene Frieze of Palo Pinto, Texas, born in Springdale, Arkansas, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Edward's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Edward has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He is survived by: his brother Robin Frieze (Julie Frieze); his children, Don Frieze, Edwina Cherry (Steve Cherry) and Robert Frieze; and his grandchildren, Calvin Frieze, Ryan Cherry (Emily Cherry), Jordan Becknal (William Becknal) and Kristen Walter. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Skyvue Funeral Home (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Skyvue Memorial Gardens (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
