He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Furnish and Clara Mae Furnish (Cook); his wife Karen (Moore); his sister Jackie Lynn Sublett (Furnish); his nephew Kip Sublett; his mother-in-law Delois Moore Cook (Guy Cook); his brother-in-law Joseph Moore; his close friend Bobby Roberts; and also Alton Moore.
He is survived by: his grandson Ethan Bailey; his daughter Alisha Bailey (Matt) of Pampa; his grandsons, Tate and Logan; his sister Deana Hartshorn (Clendon) of Flagler Beach, FL; his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Patterson of Stonewall, OK and Benton Moore of Houston; his nieces, Chelsea Malone of Pampa and Brandi Elmore (Scott) of Stonewall, OK; his nephew Tanner Malone of Pampa; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah Armstong, Waylin Boaz, Olin and Baxter Elmore.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2215 N Price Rd, Pampa, TX 79065).
