She is survived by: her children, Ronald Howell (Sandra), David Howell (Carol), Karen Hapeman (Wilbur) and Kristy Sturgill; and her grandchildren, Amy Grant (James), Amanda Smillie (Clint), Jackie Howell, Michael Howell, Amber Hamilton (Ronnie), Jonathon Sturgill (Abbi) and Nicole Sturgill. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and other extended family.
