He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hammack and Faye Hammack; his wife Carol; his son Patrick; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his daughter Amanda; and his granddaughters, Macey and Avery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Tipton Children's Home in Tipton, OK. located at 1000 N Broadway Ave.
