She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Phelan and Lee Phelan; her brothers, Johnny, Bob and L. B. Butch Phelan (Oran Wilson Wiggins); her children, David Wiggins and Sharon Hedgecoke; her grandson Shane Hedgecoke; and her daughters-in-law, Brenda Wiggins and Marilyn Wiggins.

She is survived by: her children, Oran Don, Jimmy Frank Wiggins and Pamela Armeli; and her grandchildren, Joey, Josh, Kelly, Scott, Laura, Patrick, Tiffany, Natalie, Terrence, Aaron and Eric. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
