He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Tarnowski Eaton; and his brother James Raymond Eaton. He is survived by: his parents, Fred William Eaton and Telah Smith Eaton; his grandparents, James Hamilton Smith and Temah Freye Smith; his grandchildren, Karen, Christina, Daniel, Sarah and Tanya; and his great grandchildren, Tessa, Emily, Audrey, Findley, Grace, Madelen, Ella and Lyric.
In lieu of flowers, Fred asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
