He was predeceased by : his parents, Baltazar Pena and Maria Juana Guerrero Lopez; and his brother Baltazar Pena. He is survived by : his wife Maria Mercedes Pena of Pasadena, TX; his son Isaias Pena Jr. (Amanda Alvarado); his granddaughter Lucia Rose Pena; and his siblings, Jose Luis Pena, Juan Carlos Pena, Ezequiel Pena, Moises Pena, Martha Leticia Pena, Theresa Pena, Petra Pena and Maria Estella Pena. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
