With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Gayle Howard (Pasadena, Texas), born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on December 21, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, David Alley and Omega Alley. She is survived by : her husband Donald Howard; her son Kyle Riley (Jill) of Haleiwa, HI; her grandchildren, Taylor Talamantes (Panfi), Trinity Riley, Jenna Riley and Kaden Riley; her great grandchild Arora Talamantes; her brother Mark Alley (Lauren); her niece Jayme Eubanks (Rhett); and her nephew Kevin Alley (Sarah).
