As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Tristan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Danny and Patricia Haley. He is survived by: his parents, Rodney Koutahzadeh and Stella Koutahzadeh; and his sister Dahlia Koutahzadeh.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vazquez Funeral Home (910 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77504).
