He is survived by: his wife Eliabeth Ann Boehm (Liz); his sons, Bradley Wayne (Jennifer) and Brian Dean (Cherie); his grandchildren, Hannah May, Blake Elizabeth, Braeden Charles and Benjamin Wayne; and his brother-in-law Gary Boehm.
