He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Faye Conley; his sister Allison Ausmus; and his aunt Roberta Joyce Lesner. He is survived by: his father Wayne Richard Ausmus (Faye); his wife Tisa White Ausmus; his children, Alicia Ausmus (Justin), Carah Blackmore (James), Erika Ausmus, Clarissa Ausmus (Bryan), Alexandra Ausmus (Henry) and Dylan Ausmus; his grandchildren, Gage, Everett, Braxton, Bentley and Iris; his grandmother Martha Pitts; and his siblings, Bridget Ausmus, Thomas Ausmus, James Seng, Jonathan Ausmus (Grace), Christopher Ausmus (Adria) and Andrew Ausmus (Niki). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
