She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Paul Rodgers and Ethel Rodgers; her brother Robert Coleman Jr.; and her niece Shalena Rodgers. She is survived by : her children, Dina Rodgers and Andre McDaniel Sr.; her siblings, Doris Foster (Lee), Larry Rodgers Sr. Michael Rodgers (Merle) and Brenda Rodgers; her grandchildren, Taylor Hamilton, Micah Rodgers, Andre McDaniel Jr., Clarence McDaniel and Zoe McDaniel; and her great grandchild Tyler Hamilton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 28th 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clayton Funeral Home (5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 28th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
