He is survived by: his children, Rudy Joey Perez (Shelly), Ronnie Joe Perez (Nancy), Yvonne Gutierrez (Joe Gutierrez) and Daniel Joe Perez (Jan C. Perez). He is also survived by his 8 grand children, 12 great grand children and 1 great great grandchild.
