He is survived by: his wife Doris Obee Spencer; his son Derrick Spencer Eric (Elizabeth); his siblings, Diane Booker Joyce Hardy (Preston), Janet Hardy (Bennett) and Robert Spencer (Sarah); his siblings-in-law, Roderick Obee (Lashree), Patsy Obee Hamilton, Chinester Spencer and Judy Sumner; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Spencer, Corey Spencer, Patrick Spencer, Zoe Spencer and Cedric Spencer Jr..
