He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Sullivan and Merle Sullivan; and his siblings, Sylvia Hansen and Owen Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Sullivan; his children, Leslie Ann Amsden (Keith), Ashley Kent Buehring (Danny), James M. Sullivan (Pam) and Vance Voiles (Pamela); his brother David Sullivan; his sister-in-law Katja Sullivan; his aunts, Rhea Richens and Delores Sullivan; his uncle Arden; and his pets, Sophia and Gertie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
