He was predeceased by: his sister Joana Beth Hazlewood. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hazlewood; his children, Todd Hazlewood, Michael Hazlewood (Tiffany) and Patti Allbritton (John); his grandchildren, Joshua Allbritton, Ava Hazlewood and Madelyn Hazlewood; and his siblings, Nancy Donnaud, Shara Smith and Richard Hazlewood (Tammy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (111 E Heritage Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
