He is survived by: his wife Alicia Perez; his children, George Perez, Sr. (Veronica), Beverly Jimenez and Kimberly Perez; his grandchildren, George Perez, Jr., Remy Jimenez, Aidan Rudy Perez, Brienna Foster and Brodey Foster; his siblings, Artemio Perez, Jr. (Blanca), Dick Perez (Elma) and Nora Burdick (William); and his sister-in-law Julia Perez.
