He is survived by : his sons, Lewis James Carrizales and Corey Louis Carrizales (Abby); his brothers, Juan Carrizales (Dory) and Hector Guevara (Irene); and his grandchildren, Siah, Amorese and Jace. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
