He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Garcia (Hilaria "Lola" Garcia) and Hilaria Garcia; his siblings, Lupe, Santos and Elenore Garcia; and his son Junior Garcia.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Carlos Tombie Ramos and Mary Faye Ornelas; and his daughters, Dorothy Garcia, Priscilla Schlosser, Linda Licon and Gloria Orona. He is also survived by his 27 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Pecos Funeral Home (607 W 3rd St, Pecos, TX 79772). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church (620 E 4th St, Pecos, TX 79772). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Barstow Cemetery W County (1988 Farm to Market 516, Barstow, TX 79777).
