He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Eastepp and Eula Stewart Eastepp; and his siblings, Carroll Eastepp, Carl Eastepp, Loyd Eastepp, Oscar Eastepp, Hoyt Eastepp and Mae Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Syble Eastepp of Pennington; his children, Lynn Eastepp (Becky) of Jasper, Larry Eastepp of Houston, Debbie Keith of Pennington and Ann Schaeffer (Mark) of Pennington; his grandchildren, Laura Davis (Ernie) of Seabrook, Leslie Weaver (Troy) of Jasper, Jeff Eastepp (Cody) of Hampshire, Dustin Schaeffer (Becky) of Kyle, Cody Schaeffer (Alicia) of Beaumont and Katy Riemenschneider (Brad) of Latexo; and his brothers, Mac Eastepp (Peggy) of Pennington and Norman Eastepp of Pennington. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Lamar University Foundation, P. O. Box 11500, Beaumont, TX 77710 to benefit the Howard and Syble Eastepp Scholarship in Nursing.
