He was predeceased by : his parents, Ennis Graves and Edna Graves (Girourd); his former life partners, Betty Jo Pipkin and Betty Jo Graves (Pipkin); his son Jim Graves; and his sisters, Imo Gene Giesler and Ruth Pruitt.
He is survived by : his wife Thelma Holdman; his children, John Graves (Angie) of Amarillo and Joan Graves of Crosbyton; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Eli Torres of Tulsa; his daughter-in-law Sharon Graves of Perryton; and his siblings, Kenneth Graves of Oklahoma City, Ester Rice of El Reno and Mary Lou Johnson of Guymon.
