He is survived by: his wife Donnie Reagan; and his children, Deborah Stockton, Susan Hatcher and Charles Mark Reagan. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (209 E School St, Kenedy, TX 78119).
