He is survived by: his wife Audrey Zezulka; his sisters, Betty Carpenter (Jon) and Evelyn Kaatz; his children, Alan Zezulka (Cindy) and Holly Chapman; his grandchildren, Zachary Zezulka (Melody), Sara Garcia (Jonathan), Zephary Zezulka, Zane Zezulka, Jason Chapman and Lauren Chapman; his great grandchildren, Lorelei Ney, Cadence, Corban Halverson, Adam, Amri, Avah Garcia and Emma Zezulka; and his caregivers, Gene and Audrey Zezulka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and lots of friends.
