He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Behrens and Onie Behrens; his brother Adolph Behrens; and his wife Joylene Behrens. He is survived by: his sons, Glenn (Megan), Steven (Lori) and Randall (Ana Lugo); his grandchildren, Brittany Kelleher (Michael), Reagan, Mason, Milo, Lillian, Nathan (Brittany), Christopher, Hayden, Landon, Eric Cozzens and Emyleigh Cox (Nathan); his great grandchild Harleigh Cox; and his brother Russell (Sherry). He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Palm Valley Lutheran Church in honor of Robert Behrens.
