He is survived by: his fiancée Rita Rollins; his parents, Bernardo Agusto Guillen Acuña and Norma Alejandra Salazar Gusèn; and his sons, Roy Jr., Brian, Scott and Noah Guillen. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
