She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Cox and Mary Cox. She is survived by: her brother Sammy; her husband Garland Bullock; her children, Jamie, Craig Dornak, Derek and Nese Bullock; her grandchildren, Ian, Gabbi, Annie, Devin, Reese, Maddie, Joseph, Vanessa and Garrison; and her siblings, Becky Cox, James, Pat Cox and Brenda Cox. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Vicky's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
